Our Policies Because we want you to be delighted with your purchases from Rough Magic Creations, we’ll do everything we can to provide both products and customer service that meet your highest expectations.
Orders & Payments All orders must be paid in advance, in U.S. dollars.
- We accept payments through PayPal only.
- Please follow the step-by-step Check-Out instructions on this Website or our Etsy Shops:
- Please be sure your "Ship To" address matches the confirmed address you provide PayPal. We ship to confirmed addresses only!
- If you don't submit your PayPal payment upon making your purchase, we'll contact you via email. If we haven't heard from you after 2 days, we'll regretfully cancel the sale and return the items to our shop, where you may re-order them if they haven't sold.
Shipping We normally ship via first class mail, usually within 2 business days after your PayPal payment clears.
Please note: Because of recent experiences (items lost or damaged in the mail), we regret that we no longer ship to countries other than the U.S.A., Canada, the UK and Ireland.
Returns Except for certain custom pieces* and earrings, which for your own protection are not returnable, you may return any item, in its original condition and carefully packaged, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding all shipping costs. Please contact us in advance to let us know that you are returning an item. All sales become final 10 days after delivery.
